American National Party
This contains serious and heavy topics. Read this at your own discretion. If you do read it, please read it carefully and thoroughly. What follows is a condensed statement shaped over years of observation and reflection.
This is not a political party. This organization was created out of concern for the future of our nation. The people in our nation are largely unaware of how serious the problems are and how detrimental they will become for our us and the generations to come. This founding statement will attempt to present some issues, followed by an explanation of why we have these issues, and finally, our vision and plan to overcome these problems and create a more beautiful future for our nation and our good people.
Part 1
Take crime as an example. The crime data I will be referencing is from the FBI, which only includes partial data comprising of counties adding up to about 90% of the US population. If you think it’s ridiculous that we don’t even have full crime data in our country, that’s because it is. The inefficiencies of our government is something that we will not go into here.
In 2025, there were 726,000 reported aggravated assaults, with only 382,000 of those being resolved by means of an arrest. There were 150,000 robberies with only 54,000 being resolved. Rapes were at 111,000 reported with 31,000 resolutions, and murders were at 13,000 with 8,500 resolutions. Roughly 1 in 3 adults in America have a criminal record.
Unfortunately, crime has been high in our country for decades and we’ve been conditioned to accept that this is a normal part of society. To fully understand the insanity of this level of crime, we just need to compare our numbers with other countries. For example, the murder rate in America is about 16 times higher than Japan’s murder rate. The robbery rate is about 27 times higher, and the rate of rape is nearly 10 times higher. Similar discrepancies can be seen in comparison to many other countries.
It begs the question: why is crime so much higher in America than other developed countries? There must be a reason. It seems like an obvious question that should have been handled by the government or academics and researchers by now, but it clearly hasn’t.
And it’s not just crime that is the problem. Crime is just one example, but the deeper problems that have allowed crime to fester can be seen throughout all of society. We can go through a list of statistics. 80,000 deaths from drug overdose. 49,000 deaths from suicide. 27.9 million people with alcohol use disorder. 28.2 million people with drug use disorder. Teenagers average over 8 hours a day of entertainment screen use. 40% of people aged 18-29 felt down, depressed, or hopeless for several days in the past week. A national debt of $39 trillion and growing.
To many people, these are just numbers to read past. In reality, all of these statistics I’ve listed are just some of many serious indications of dysfunctional nation. Each one of those 80,000 deaths from drug overdose also typically comes with years of pain and suffering. A devastated and destroyed family. A life that could have been so much more. Same thing with each of the 49,000 suicides. In a better world, each one of those people could have led a much more complete, meaningful life. And they should have. There is no excuse for even a single person in our country to have ended up with that kind of life.
Dirty cities. Low standards. Mutual disregard. The signs of decline are everywhere. We see it, live in it, and unfortunately, we grow used to it. There are many other problems and statistics that can be listed, but the reality of our situation is clear: we are living in a broken and deteriorating nation. And it’s getting worse with no obvious light at the end of the tunnel.
Part 2
At its root, the cause of essentially all of the problems facing our nation can be boiled down to this: carelessness and the lack of purpose and unity among our people.
Think of all of the dangerous and dirty communities in our country and abroad, like in Brazil or in South Africa. And then think about the safe and clean communities, like those in East Asia. What could be the factors that make one society much more clean and safe compared to the other? Some will say it’s just having wealth and an economic advantage, but that can’t be the case here since Brazil and South Africa were significantly more developed and wealthy than South Korea and China in the 1950’s.
The modern differences among these people and their culture are clear. People in East Asia care about cleanliness, order, beauty, prosperity, and the strength of their nation. People in Brazil and South Africa, on average, care much less about those things.
The same thing can be said about modern America compared to America prior to the 1960’s. Americans society from previous generations generally cared much more about everything. Today, most Americans simply care about their comfort and “happiness” above everything else. A very shallow idea of happiness focused on feeling good in the moment with little genuine concern for the country and the people around them.
To understand why some societies are thrive more than others, we should take a look at human nature. Human nature was not formed in a world of endless comfort and personal indulgence. Our nature was shaped long before modern civilization. We are social beings that depend on family bonds, group loyalty, mutual obligation, and cooperation for survival and strength. Think of tribal times. Everyone in the tribe knew each other and cared for each other like a big family. Whenever there was a issue, whether it affected one person or the whole tribe, every person largely cared about it. Each person participated and sacrificed their personal comfort to work hard for and support their tribe.
With that in mind, it should be much more clear why some societies thrive and others decay. In some societies, people care deeply about and sacrifice for the people they love and those around them. In others, people care much less and do whatever they feel like doing with little regard for the consequences of their actions.
Part 3
Going back to the example of crime. It’s clear that in communities with high levels of crime, disorder, and filth, people don’t really care that much. People are impulsive and don’t care enough about anything. Neighbors hardly know each other and people don’t take accountability for their communities and families. People have children outside of marriage and hardly enough care to raise their children. Children grow up around other people who don’t care about anything. There is little to no shame from being lazy, careless, and disorderly. In fact, it’s the norm to disregard prosocial rules and do whatever you feel like doing. It’s no wonder that crime is normal among some communities. There are no caring parents or extended family or community to exert positive influence or pressure against crime and disorder.
On the note of family and raising children, this is possibly the most consequential issue for the future of our nation. Our nation depends on our people, and the kinds of people that are born and raised in our country is everything. For decades in our country, marriage and children have been simply optional paths in life that one could choose or not to choose to follow based on one’s personal preferences. Many people don’t care enough to be in a committed marriage before having children. Many people who get married do so for comfort and enjoyment without any clear vision or purpose towards building a strong family and raising good children.
40% of babies in our country are born to single mothers. Ridiculously high divorce rates with broken families all across our country. Children being raised by screens and by other children at school. They spend the first 18 years of their lives in what is essentially a daycare, socializing and learning from other immature children, often from other broken and dysfunctional families. Parents often just have children for personal enjoyment and don’t care to show tough love and discipline to raise good children. Children were historically surrounded and raised by the village of mature and responsible adults who work hard and displayed a positive example to children. Humans are heavily influenced by what they see and how others act around them. Never before in history have wise, mature adults had this little influence on the youth.
The consequences are obvious. Aimless, purposeless people. Individuals in the vague pursuit of personal comfort and pleasure. Distracted, weak, careless people. People floating through life, living day by day with no direction or meaning to their lives. Weak, often nonexistent families. The only reason we are not a failed state with 30% unemployment like South Africa is because we are lucky enough to have had good, hardworking predecessors who built an incredibly successful and wealthy country. But everything that past generations had painstakingly built through hundreds of years of blood, sweat, and tears is quickly being destroyed.
Besides our own domestic problems, we have also been importing many problems for decades. We’ve had a massive amount of legal and illegal immigrants since 1965, many of whom just came for personal, economic reasons with little interest in genuinely being a part of this nation. Many of these people, including many of their descendants, identify much more with their heritage rather than with America.
For a society to be functional, the people must be united and one. Just like in a tribe, those around you must be like family. The bonds must be close enough for people to want to sacrifice for and support each other. In a country of fragmented and vastly different individuals, that cannot reliably happen. And that is also a large reason why are a dysfunctional society today. Why most people don’t even know their neighbors. Why most people hardly care if a stranger was raped or murdered in the neighboring city. We are living in a country of individual strangers rather than as a cohesive, extended family where we all care for each other’s well-being.
What will our nation look like in 30, 40 years from now? 8 out of 10 children being born to single mothers? Most children being born out of reckless and careless conduct rather than through devoted and caring parents? Children being influenced by the worst types of people at school and on the internet? The majority people in our nation being outsiders who don’t care about or identify with our people and our country? Adults not caring about anything besides their own little bubbles to do anything? Our nation has already drastically changed for the worse compared to just a few decades ago. Take some time to imagine how much worse our country may become if nothing is done.
Part 4
Although I don’t believe most people should put much energy towards international issues, what happens around the world certainly affects us. Friendly nations, like those in Europe, Canada, and Australia are experiencing much of the same problems as we are here. They too are also plagued with careless, individualistic people, mass immigration, and fragmented, disjointed countries.
What makes it worse is that all of our countries have worked hard towards the ideal of global peace and harmony. We created the United Nations to prevent war and conflict. We created international law to promote stability and order among countries. We intervened in foreign conflicts and sacrificed hundreds of thousands of lives to fight for justice for other peoples around the world. We opened our door to migrants and refugees from all over the world. All of this stemming from the sincere goodness and morality of our people. Only for our nations to be spit on and taken advantage of.
Our desires for a more open and harmonious world was, unfortunately, naive. While Western nations became more open and detached from national loyalties, much of the world remained strongly guided by their own national interest and in-group loyalty above all else. As the populations of the rest of the world exploded, their economic needs, pressures, and ambitions followed. Western nations, weary of the possibility war and conflict, became and continued to be unusually open and tolerant to the rest of the world, detached from traditional desires of national preservation and strength.
The result has become catastrophic for our nations. We’ve allowed masses of immigrants to flood into our countries, often to take advantage of our economy while still maintaining their in-group loyalties. The current president of Turkey, Erdogan, told Turkish people in Europe to outbreed the locals and that they are “the future of Europe.” Russia continues to try to rebuild their empire and Russify the minorities in their territories.
But the clearest example of national self-interest in the face of global harmony is China. Ever since abandoning communism, they’ve aggressively pursued national strength and global domination. Their strict control over information and media has shifted from promoting communism to cultivating nationalism, chauvinism, and hostility. They’ve become a much larger, wealthier, and more effective version of Russia. They are a massive empire with, historically, dozens of languages and peoples in their territory, but their long campaign to Sinicize their nation and remove diversity has been very effective in creating a more unified and stronger nation in their quest for global power and domination.
In contrast to America and other Western nations, they have an incredibly powerful, intelligent, and effective government in advancing their interests. They have openly been encouraging their people to go to countries around the world, take technology, business, and scientific information, and bring it home to strengthen their military, economic, and national goals. Largely targeting America, they recruit science and technology professors, researchers, students, and workers to share intellectual property and trade secrets.
They’ve efficiently cultivated chauvinism through their control over information and education. This is shown by the massive rise of hatred against Japan and hostility towards American and other Western nations since the post-Mao era, with the propaganda effort especially ramping up after the 1989 Tiananmen Square protests. They have a massive, effective, and aggressive propaganda and United Front campaign to influence minds and nations around the world towards their interests.
China is the largest and most obvious example of a hostile nation trying to advance their own interests at any costs, but this is common worldwide. All while our nations continue to weaken and allow our countries to be exploited and taken advantage of by unscrupulous nations and people around the world.
Part 5
Our vision for a better America is simple. We dream of a functioning, united, and beautiful nation. A nation full of strong, thoughtful, caring, dedicated, and faithful people. For our people to genuinely love and want to protect and preserve the beauty of our nation and our good people. For all of our people to live meaningful and purposeful lives towards the betterment of each other and our nation.
We dream of a nation full of people eager to wake up and work hard to make themselves into better people. For all of us to contribute to a better future for our families, our communities, and our nation. For each one of our people to dream of and work towards a more beautiful future. To dream of building a family and raising children to become strong, beautiful people.
It may sound like a simple dream, but it will take a tremendous amount of effort from where we are now. Very few people currently share this dream, or even dream of a better future for our nation at all. For this vision to ever actualize, we need it to spread among all of the good people of our nation.
Many people naively think that voting and politics is what makes change. The reality is, the government is a reflection of the people and culture. We have become a weak, careless, and divided nation, and it reflects in all levels of government. Our people are aimless and have no clear purpose or direction, and that is also clear in our government. Our country is not simply our government; our country is all of the people who live here. For our country to meaningfully change, our people must meaningfully change. Once the character of a people is restored, the rest will begin to follow. A nation filled with stronger, more thoughtful, and more caring people will not remain broken for long.
Again, we are not currently a political party for these reasons. Our present task is deeper. We want to spread this message and help develop better people. More thoughtful, more caring, more purposeful, more disciplined, and more willing to work hard and fight for something beyond themselves.
This dream must be spread. Not through the shallow attention economy of social media and the internet. It must be spread person to person. To your family. To friends. Neighbors. Colleagues. And again, it cannot be shallow. It must penetrate deeply. People need to fully understand the situation facing our nation. All of us need to be able to visualize and dream of a more beautiful nation. It cannot just be vague thoughts or in the back of one’s mind. It must invigorate people to start living life more purposefully. To genuinely care enough to start spreading the word and helping influence others to start living more meaningful lives as well. This spark of fire has lit in me, and this fire must be spread to burn in every good soul in our nation.
When you develop a genuine love and respect for our beautiful nation and people, a passion begins to burn in you. A force that gives real meaning to your work, your sacrifice, and the life you decide to live. And when enough people carry this fire, it becomes more than an inspiration. It becomes a power that lifts our people and our nation to greater heights. This fire must burn in all of us.
